Artist Bio
Patrice has always had a passion for creative arts, indulging in painting, sewing, writing, and crafting. The Covid-19 pandemic provided her with the time and focus to delve into a new medium, collage art, crafted from upcycled and repurposed materials. She finds particular joy in creating hummingbird and animal-themed pieces, as well as fulfilling commissioned requests. Her craft has evolved significantly, and in 2021, she was recognized as a visual artist by the Artist Registry of Trinidad and Tobago.

Patrice's artwork has been featured in exhibitions by Women in Art T&T, Think Artwork Gallery, the Trinidad and Tobago Art Society (TTAS), the Rotunda Gallery of the Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago and Horizons Art Gallery, and many of her pieces have found homes both locally and internationally.

Besides her artistic endeavors, Patrice enjoys hiking, dancing, learning languages, reading, volunteering, and traveling. She is a management consultant, a certified facilitator of SMART Recovery (Self-Management and Recovery Training), a program that uses cognitive behavioral theory to help combat addiction. Moreover, she was an active member of the Rotary Club and a regular contributor to a blog for the Global Network for the Advancement of Single Mothers.
